Service Booking and Cancellation

Service bookings can be made through our website, phone, or email. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions or emergencies. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and work to reschedule at your convenience.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers. Prices are subject to change, but you will be notified of any changes before service is provided.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing access to the property at the scheduled time
• Ensuring the property is safe for our cleaning team
• Notifying us of any special requirements or areas of concern
• Securing or removing valuable or fragile items before service

Acceptable Use

When using our services and website, you agree to:

• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use
• Provide accurate and complete information when booking services
• Respect our staff and property during service visits
• Not interfere with or disrupt our services or website
• Not use our services in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our website or services
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website or services
• Not use automated systems or bots to access our website without permission

Violation of these acceptable use terms may result in termination of services and legal action.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to provide excellent service. If you are not satisfied with our cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will work to address your concerns and may offer a re-cleaning of specific areas if necessary.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns or disputes regarding our services, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the matter amicably. We are committed to working with you to address any issues.

If we cannot resolve a dispute through direct communication:

• You may file a complaint with the New Zealand Commerce Commission or other relevant consumer protection authority
• For disputes involving amounts under a certain threshold, you may be eligible for resolution through a small claims tribunal or similar process
• Any legal proceedings must be initiated within the time limits prescribed by applicable law

We prefer to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation and mediation before resorting to formal legal proceedings.

Applicable Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
